At addedIQ, our clients are at the core of our business and we understand that keeping our cloud data platforms, client services, and data scientists operating continuously is part of our commitment not only to client satisfaction but also to the ongoing success of our clients’ businesses in this uncertain time. We as an organization have therefore made it our top priority to ensure continuity of service while still ensuring the health and safety of our employees. To name a few steps we have taken:
1. Commitment to a continuous services
All of our client platforms at addedIQ are engineered for reliability. Our services have been designed to ensure all of our clients will have access to their data quickly and without interruption. We closely monitor our servers around the clock to detect any situation that may interfere with continuity of service and are able to respond swiftly and appropriately.
In short, our client services and support at addedIQ will be uninterrupted and function as normal. Our platforms are designed for continuity of service and reliability.
2. Remote work
Because our client environments and DevOps are largely cloud-based, we have the workforce and technology to operate securely from any location. Our employees have all been advised to put their health and safety first and work from home as they see fit. Nonetheless, we have stressed that client needs and expectations must be met, regardless of whether they’re working in the office or from home.
3. Aligning ourselves with health organizations
As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop on a local and global scale we are monitoring trusted sources such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local leadership and taking any and all recommended precautions as it relates to our business and the safety of our employees.
